The limit applies immediately. To increase a limit, a 7-day cooling-off period applies before the new higher limit takes effect.
In Account Settings > Responsible Gaming > Session Limits, choose how long you want each play session to last. Jitace will display a reminder pop-up when you reach your limit. You can choose to continue or end the session — the choice is always yours.
Go to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming > Take a Break. Select a break period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your account will be suspended immediately. You will not be able to log in or deposit during this period. The break ends automatically when the period expires.
For a longer break, go to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming > Self-Exclusion, or contact jitace support directly. Choose a minimum 6-month exclusion or a permanent closure. This cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Any remaining balance will be returned to you after verification.
Enable reality check notifications in Account Settings > Responsible Gaming > Reality Checks. Set the interval — every 30, 60, or 90 minutes — and jitace will display a summary of your session time and wagering activity at each interval.
